Healing Tree Meditation: JourneyTo The Healing Garden
Thank you for following along with me on my spiritual journey. On today's blog, journey with me as I describe my meditation and journey to discover my healing tree and learn about my spirit guides.
While I was studying the origins of Shamanism and how it can help me on my spiritual journey, I came across a meditation on journeying to your healing tree. I wanted to learn about this and I began the meditation.
I started to meditate, slowly taking in the rhythm of the drum beats, allowing it to calm me and adjust the vibration of my body to begin to enter into a higher state of consciousness. I began to slow my breathing and then arrived at a higher consciousness level and began my journey.
I was in the middle of a field and I could see in front of me and also the sky above me. Off in the distance was what appeared to be a majestic tree. I looked up and I saw an eagle flying above. It called out to me and told me to follow it across the field to the tree.
I journeyed through the field, an easy walk, and I arrived at the tree. It stood towering into the sky before me. It offered a bright green canopy, blocking the sky. Its enormous trunk ran from the canopy to the ground and could easily fit several people inside of it.
I asked permission of the tree to enter its trunk, it allowed me to pass through to the inside. I was amazed at the beauty of the inner tree. The intimate workings of the root system from underneath and the moist wood that surrounded me.
I found a large root and I entered it and I began to journey down under the ground. First I passed several layers of dirt and ground and eventually I had to pass between and then under large rocks.
I arrived at the bottom and exited the root. I was in a large canyon with a stream running through the middle. There was a canoe sitting next to the stream. I got into the canoe and started navigating down the stream until I arrived at my destination.
I exited the canoe and the scene before me was one of beauty. To my left was a dirt path leading off into a large forest. To my right was a beautiful meadow with a large tree stump in the middle. Before me was an intricate and lush garden full of plants, herbs, and vegetables.
First I followed the path into the forest. I walked for about a mile and came to a clearing. I knew I was supposed to stop and I did while staring into the clearing before me. Then a scene appeared in the clearing. I recognized it to be an event from my childhood that I had not realized had affected me my entire life and led to unnecessary life choices I had made. I was able to realize this and to let go of it.
The scene ended and I returned back to the garden. I walked into the stream and allowed its waters to cleanse and bring healing to my body and my soul.
I returned to the canoe and began to head back upstream to the canyon. Once I arrived at the canyon I put the canoe next to the stream and went to the root system of the tree. I climbed back into the root and started to make my way back to the tree. I went up past the rocks, past the earth and dirt and entered back inside of the tree. I exited the tree trunk and I was back in the field where I started.
I thanked the tree for allowing me to go on this journey to the underworld. I turned and started back across the field with the Eagle flying before me and my meditation ended.
As I sat reflecting about the journey I had just experienced, I felt like I had not received everything the universe had to show me. I started to meditate again.
I was now back in the field again. The Eagle was flying above, but it suddenly swooped down towards me. It landed on me and we merged and became one.
We took off and started flying across the country side. We suddenly came upon an indigenous settlement somewhere in the America's. We landed and I was sitting in front of an indigenous man who I recognized as my spirit guide I had met once before.
He began to speak to me about my journey. He told me I had entered the underworld and I now had access to the tree, to the healing garden and all of the dimensions and worlds that come with it. I was to use the healing garden to help me on my journey, my spirit animal the eagle would lead me.
He told me that his name was Sagefeather and that he would be teaching me and guiding me in knowledge of plants, herbs and medicine. He then started to tell me about all of my other spirit guides.
Tygon the Arcturian would be my guide to other galaxies, dimensions, and the vast universe. To'Kani, the African Chief, would be my guide to music, dancing and healing. Anga, the Inuit man, was my guide to animals. Tin-Shan, the monk, was my guide to breathing and meditation. Calliope, the Mermaid, would be my guide to the water, oceans and seas.
Sagefeather said that there would be several other guides that I would meet along my journey. I now had the ability to interact and talk with each one of them and could plan my journeys and who my guide would be ahead of time. After he was finished the Eagle and I traveled back to the field and my journey this journey was over.
This was one of the key meditational journeys that I had experienced. I now had the tools I needed to explore and discover more of the universe and to go deeper into my journey.
I have many more meditational journeys to share with you soon. I meet new spirit guides, new animal guides and I meet and speak with various spirits along the way.
Thank you for choosing to follow me on this journey. Let me know if you have any questions about my spiritual journey. We are in this together and need to support each other along the way.
Thank you for reading and for your support.
Blessings!
